About Lazy Acres in Belton, MO
Located in Belton, Missouri, only minutes from a wealth of social and recreational outlets, the Lazy Acres independent retirement community provides residents a safe, friendly, and well-maintained senior living community that is a welcome contrast to ordinary mobile home and trailer park lots.
Lazy Acres was conceived of as a “New View on Manufactured Home Living in Belton” by founder Tim Savage. What began in 1989 as a plot of land and a dream to build a secure, maintenance-free community for those at or near retirement age quickly became a senior living oasis in Belton, Missouri.
The design provides residents with the independence of owning a home without the burdens of yard work or snow shoveling. The Lazy Acres senior living community provides every resident with private parking, well-lit streets, and sidewalks, beautifully-maintained grounds and winter snow removal. The proximity to a wealth of cultural and recreational resources around the region makes Lazy Acres an enticing address for retirees and empty-nesters interested in a quiet senior living lifestyle that is populated by friendly faces.
