Swimming is easy on joints while still strengthening muscles and cardiovascular health, and thanks to its indoor pool, the Wellness Center boasts an impressive schedule of Aquatics classes, or you can just go and take a leisurely swim. Feel like getting some sun while you swim? Bring the whole family to the outdoor water park in Memorial Park (opening May 23), which has all sorts of slides and other activities for your grandkids to enjoy while you float in the water or bask in the sun.
